About the event
In this workshop you will be introduced to the health benefits of mindfulness. We will explore
thoughts, feelings, and body sensations through guided practices. You will come to know what
mindfulness is and how it relates to practical self-care within the landscape of your own being.
You will gain insights that will deepen your understanding of mindfulness and the potential to
gain clarity and wisdom in your daily life experiences and challenges. Additionally, you will take
away tools and resources to be able to continue to build a personal practice.
