New Moms Collective
A supported space for you - and the season you’re in.
Motherhood is beautiful, yes. But it’s also messy, overwhelming, and deeply emotional - especially in the first couple of years. Whether you’re holding a newborn or chasing a toddler, your world has changed in ways no one quite prepares you for.
It’s easy to lose sight of your own well-being while caring so deeply for someone else.
That’s why we’ve created this small-group circle for moms under 2 years postpartum. Led by Tanya Gill, a registered clinical counsellor (and fellow mom of two little ones), this group is a space to feel seen, heard, and supported.
Together, we’ll talk honestly about the ups and downs of this season, share tools for caring for your mental health, and simply be with others who get it.
Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, connected, and a little more like yourself.

The Birth Journey:
Prenatal Classes
Whether you are planning to birth at home or in the hospital, with midwives or a doctor, with or without pain medication, this course is for you.
This workshop series is designed to provide you & your support person with the information you need to be able to advocate for yourself and make informed choices that feel aligned, safe, and best for you and your baby. You will leave feeling inspired, connected, powerful, confident, and informed.
And for the partners! This class is for you, too! Learn practical tools for providing physical and emotional support during labour, and know what it means to be the ‘Gatekeeper’ of the birth space! You and your support partner will receive over 12 hours of in person instruction, in addition to access to an online classroom filled with extra resources, infographics, and teaching videos.
This course will be held live and in-person with classes spanning 5 weeks.
This series is ideal for those between 25-30 weeks' gestation, but all stages are welcome! The course is designed to offer education and support to the birthing person and their birthing support partner (spouse, parent, sibling, or friend!).
