Pilates I

Mat Pilates focuses on enhancing core strength, flexibility, and overall body alignment. This series offers a dynamic blend of controlled movements, breath work, and precise exercises designed to sculpt and tone your muscles while promoting a sense of mindfulness. This intro to Mat Pilates series caters to all fitness levels, providing personalized modifications and variations to suit individual needs. In this series, you will learn the foundations of pilates, so that you feel confident and safe to hit the mat in all future sessions. 

Schedule : Tuesdays at 5:30pm for 4 weeks, starting October 29

Pilates II

The Pilates II series caters to all fitness levels, providing personalized modifications and variations to suit individual needs. In this series, you will build upon the foundation of pilates to further challenge yourself with each movement. It is recommended for those who have previous pilates experience.

Barre Fitness

Our new Barre Fitness class series is a powerful blend of ballet-inspired movements and the precision of Pilates, designed to deliver a full-body workout that tones muscles, boosts endurance, and enhances flexibility. This class targets core strength, improves posture, and burns calories, all while keeping you engaged and motivated.

 

Perfect for all fitness levels, Barre Fitness offers a challenging, results-driven experience that will leave you feeling stronger, more confident, and energized. Join us to push your limits and connect with a community that’s as committed to wellness as you are.

Strength & Stability

Join our exclusive small-group workout class designed to enhance your full body strength, stability, postural alignment, and mobility.

 

With a maximum of 6 participants, you'll receive personalized attention from our expert instructor who can modify each exercise to suit your individual needs. Our Strength & Stability class is led by a registered Kinesiologist and Personal Trainer, ensuring that you receive professional guidance throughout your workout.

 

Expect a challenging yet rewarding experience that will leave you feeling stronger, more balanced, and energized.

Myofascial Stretch

Experience the sensations of deep relaxation and tissue release with our Myofascial Stretch Series. This unique class is designed to unlock tension in the deepest layers of your tissues through a series of thoughtfully designed stretches.

With a focus on unraveling restrictions in the fascia, this series aims to relax the nervous system's hold on the tissue and open up joint spaces, promoting a sense of ease and flexibility throughout your body. Your instructor will guide you through each stretch, ensuring personalized attention and modifications to meet your specific needs.

  • How does it all work?
    All of our movement class & workshop offerings are delivered as programs of 4 week series. You can have a look at our "programs" section at what series are currently offered or are starting soon!
  • How do I book/sign up for a class/workshop?
    After reading the class descriptions and choosing the offering that fits what you're looking for, you can click the "register now" link and it will redirect you to our booking site (informwellness.janeapp.com). You can then select the time that works best for you. After selecting the class & time, you will be prompted to sign in or create an account on JaneApp. This account can be used to book all of our health & wellness services offered at InForm! You will then be sent a payment link to submit payment for the series of classes. Once we receive payment, we will auto-enrol you in the subsequent 3 classes, so that you are enrolled in the full program.
  • I don't want to commit to a full program, is there a single class option?
    At this time, we do not offer single class or drop-in options. Please contact us if you have any further questions or concerns about this!
  • Do I need to bring equipment to class?
    Nope! At InForm, we supply all of the mats, weights, blocks, and any other equipment you may need during your session. Just bring yourself!
